Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us at info@botanycraft.de — or use our online withdrawal function directly on our website at https://account.botanycraft.de/. If you use the online function, we will send you a confirmation by email immediately upon receipt, including the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time of receipt.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@botanycraft.de if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions — No Right of Withdrawal for:
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g. terrariums made to order)
- Perishable goods (e.g. live plants)
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@botanycraft.de.
