Sustainability: I attach great importance to sustainability and try to act in an environmentally conscious manner both with my products and with shipping. For packaging, I use certified cardboard boxes and only paper. The glass waste is taken to a recycling company instead of ending up in the trash. Please help me protect the environment and recycle the packaging you receive from me.
Shipping: Your terrarium will be safely packaged and shipped with DHL within the EU. If the terrarium is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged product within 24 hours so that I can quickly find a solution.
Note: Since each terrarium is handmade by me, there may be small, almost invisible scratches or fingerprints - this sometimes happens during the packaging process. However, I only send items that I am confident in. Note that the terrarium is delivered unplanted - the plants in the pictures are just examples of possible plantings. There are no limits to your creativity!
